How can I check if a product is available?

If on the product page you can add it to the cart, it means it is available.
You will also find the estimated shipping times indicated on the product page.

Can I cancel an order that has already been placed?

Yes, it is possible to cancel the order within one hour of purchase by contacting us via WhatsApp.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various secure payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (Italy Only) (cash payment upon delivery +€8)
How does Scalapay work?

Scalapay is an innovative payment method that allows customers to shop online and in-store, receive products immediately, and pay in monthly installments.

The service has no additional costs for the customer if installments are paid by the due date.

At the time of purchase, the first installment will be charged immediately. The subsequent installments will be charged monthly.

First installment: at the time of purchase

Second installment: 1 month from the date of purchase

Third installment: 2 months from the date of purchase

Fourth installment (where available): 3 months from the date of purchase

Scalapay immediately pays the seller the full amount of the order and assumes all risks of fraud and non-payment.

How much does Scalapay cost?

How much does it cost?

Scalapay is completely free for customers, provided that installments are paid by the due date.

A late fee will be charged only if one or more scheduled installments are not paid correctly by the due date.

Scalapay will notify you a few days before each installment due date via SMS and email.

Late fees

If you have not made the payment before the scheduled due date and the automatic payment fails, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment. If this does not happen, Scalapay will apply late payment fees as explained below:

  • Payment made by the due date: No additional cost!
  • Payment made more than 24 hours late: up to €6 in additional fees
  • Payment made more than 9 days late: additional €6 in fees (in addition to the first fee, up to a maximum of €12 per payment)

The total amount of fees cannot exceed 15% of the loan value (second and third installment).

We are aware that certain mitigating circumstances may occur that prevent payment by the due date. If you believe your case falls within these categories, contact Us before the payment due date and we will do our best to help you.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

No, at the moment payment by bank transfer is not available.

Can I pay in cash upon delivery?

Yes you can pay in cash upon delivery (only italy).

The service has an additional cost of 8€.

Can I pay by card upon delivery?

No, payment on delivery can be made in cash only.
We recommend preparing the exact amount to hand to the courier.

SHIPPING

What are the shipping costs?
  • Italy: Free (cash on delivery + 8€ excluded)
  • Insured shipping: 10 €

  • International: 40 €
    Any customs duties outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Delivery in 24/36 business hours via DHL or BRT
  • 48/72 hours for islands and remote areas
  • Up to 5 business days for international orders

    Made-to-order products may require up to 15 days
    Orders placed after 12:00 PM or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a tracking code to monitor your delivery directly on the courier’s website.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide using reliable couriers and offer fast delivery times.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How long do I have to return a product?
